Responsibilities- Daily Attendance Verification – Collect and verify daily attendance records for all temporary/labor workers. Cross-check clock‑in/out data against shift schedules and warehouse task records. Identify and flag missing punches, late arrivals, or early departures.
- Timesheet Reconciliation – Match labor hours submitted by agencies with internal attendance records. Resolve discrepancies (e.g., double counting, incorrect shift codes) with warehouse team leads. Ensure all overtime and special shift allowances are correctly recorded.
- Communication with Stakeholders – Liaise with warehouse managers to confirm unexpected absences or early releases. Communicate with labor suppliers to resolve mismatches before payment deadlines. Alert operations management to recurring attendance or clocking issues.
- Process Improvement – Flag root causes of frequent mismatches (e.g., unclear shift codes, bad clocking devices). Suggest simplifications to reduce manual checking effort without losing accuracy. Support warehouse manager in keeping labor data clean while minimizing their hands‑on time.
- Administrative Support – Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations and reports. Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and liaising with suppliers. Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed.
