Partner, Crop Protection, Sustainable Product & Supply Chain ERM is seeking to appoint a Partner within its Sustainable Product & Supply Chain team in Southern Europe, with a particular focus on Crop Protection and agricultural chemicals. The successful candidate will be a commercially driven leader with a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape for crop protection and chemical products, including EU and GB REACH and related frameworks. While deep technical expertise is supported by ERM’s specialist teams, the role requires the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into strategic, client-focused solutions. This position is primarily client- and market-facing, with a strong emphasis on business development, key account management, and growth of ERM’s services in the crop protection and broader chemicals sector. The Partner will be responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and building long-term relationships with stakeholders across industry. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across sectors including industrial chemicals, manufacturing (durable and consumer products), energy, and pharmaceuticals/healthcare. Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks (e.g., TSCA, FIFRA, OSHA, UN GHS) and awareness of emerging market registration schemes would be considered advantageous. Role profile
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business plans, provide leadership, and deliver performance results to expand ERM's Sustainable Product & Supply Chain team and client base
- Drive double-digit profitable growth across targeted sectors through innovative service delivery and market engagement
- As a senior ‘seller/doer’, personally win project work annually with support from peers, account directors and technical experts. This would be achieved through identification and development of new opportunities, effective technical proposals, and development of new business with new and existing clients
- Be client facing, with a proven track record of developing Key Client relationships to meet business development needs
- Design and direct large projects and multi-person project teams.
- Achieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality
- Provide people leadership - lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure the team delivers high quality of work and continue to be developed
- Actively promote and cross-sell ERM’s diverse service areas to drive broader client impact
- Leverage ERM’s global network, working closely with offices across EMEA and other regions to provide integrated solutions to clients
