We are looking for an organized and proactive
Office Coordinator
to support our Digital Product Development team in Drunen. In this role, you will help ensure that our office operations run smoothly while supporting our international software development teams with coordination, administration, and recruitment logistics.
You will work closely with Product Developers, People Manager, and external partners to coordinate office activities, assist with recruitment processes, and support operational and purchasing tasks. About Our Team
You will support an international Digital Product Development team of around 50 colleagues, working on innovative software solutions.
Working Pattern
This is a part-time role (from a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 32 hours per month).
We expect the role to cover our office collaboration days, with 3 days per week working from the office in Drunen. Ideally this includes our two main office days, with the possibility of an additional remote working day depending on workload and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination & Workplace Support
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations for the Digital Product Development team
- Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, and administrative processes
- Support ongoing office improvements and office renovation projects
- Maintain a welcoming and well-organized working environment
Recruitment & People Coordination
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Support recruitment logistics and candidate communication
- Assist teams in organizing onboarding activities for new employees
Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist with purchase orders, vendor coordination, and invoice follow-ups
- Support internal processes and documentation
- Help coordinate team meetings, workshops, and internal events
Team & Project Coordination
- Work closely with software development teams and leadership
- Help coordinate activities across an international organization
- Support communication between teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Experience in administration, office coordination, team support, or team assistance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working in an international technology environment
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
