- Develop and independently implement marketing strategies and activities based on in-depth market research and analysis for brands such as Persil, Somat, and Schwarzkopf
- Develop and recommend strategies in close collaboration with market research, media planning, key account management, and creative agencies
- Plan and manage brands through market share and competitive analyses, as well as the creation of contribution margin targets
- Take responsibility for format strategy, including pricing
- Actively contribute to creative processes and analyze potential new products
- Support the development of marketing and POS materials
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing
- 5 years of professional experience in brand management/product management in FMCG
- Strong numerical affinity, high analytical thinking, and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, personal commitment, and assertiveness
- Independence and initiative combined with team spirit and flexibility
- Excellent German and very good English language skills
