Tasks
- Develop and deploy AI-driven applications on SAP BTP to enhance productivity and automate integration workflows
- Design and implement integration architectures using SAP Integration Suite, middleware tools, and hybrid cloud patterns
- Develop OData-based technical designs to enable API-driven connectivity across SAP and non-SAP systems
- Leverage SAP Event Mesh for event-driven integration and asynchronous communication
- Utilize SAP Cloud Connector to securely bridge on-premise systems with SAP BTP services
- Design and consume Custom CDS Views for data modeling, reporting, and integration
- Develop and enhance ABAP interfaces for custom integration scenarios
- Implement AI governance and security practices ensuring compliance, transparency, and trust in AI-driven workflows
- Optimize performance and scalability of integration flows, APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration and automation strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to cross-functional teams working on integration and AI initiatives
- Act as an innovation specialist by showcasing integration and AI solutions in client workshops, conferences, or publications
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of SAP integration experience, including SAP Integration Suite and middleware platforms
- Proven experience developing AI-powered applications using SAP BTP services and customized scripts
- Deep SAP knowledge related to integration processes, ABAP development, and OData services
- Hands-on experience with SAP Event Mesh and SAP Cloud Connector
- Strong understanding of Custom CDS Views and their role in integration and analytics
- Experience designing scalable, API-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of API security (OAutstrong)
- Open mindset and adaptability to emerging technologies, including AI and automation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in the Automotive Industry
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud integration patterns
- Familiarity with SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and generative AI SDKs
- Contributions to open-source AI or integration projects
- Exposure to other industries (manufacturing, retail, finance)
