TASKS WITH IMPACT
YOUR MISSION: Turning Data into Business Impact
- Develop and implement advanced data science and machine learning models to tackle key challenges in the beauty retail sector – from customer personalization to trend forecasting.
- You will cover the full lifecycle of analytical models: from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Translate complex analytical results into impactful visualizations and compelling data storytelling to drive data-based decision-making across business units and management.
- Work closely with domain experts, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and automation within business and data science processes.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for management by proactively generating insights and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations for business steering.
- As an experienced team member, you will act as a mentor to colleagues and actively shape our data-driven culture.
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- Several years of hands-on experience applying data science and machine learning to solve business problems, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to diverse audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of Python programming and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- You have strong analytical skills and are constantly seeking new ways to turn data-driven insights into strategic actions.
- You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting the development of others.
