The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2.
* Follow lesson plans and adapt teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has excellent curriculum knowledge across the primary age range.
* Is confident teaching both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
* Is flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to different school settings.
* Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Has a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
