Fleet Administrator /Servic Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join our busy Fleet Engineering team in Hounslow.
This is not a general office administration role. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of our commercial vehicle fleet, ensuring servicing, maintenance, compliance documentation and workshop records are maintained accurately.
You'll work closely with engineers, workshop staff and drivers to ensure vehicles remain compliant, roadworthy and available for operation.
Fleet Administrator /Servic Administrator Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs and MOT scheduling
* Monitor vehicle arrivals and follow up late vehicle returns
* Raise, update and close workshop job cards
* Maintain accurate fleet and vehicle records
* Support fleet compliance by ensuring servicing and maintenance documentation is complete
* Process invoices and maintain service records
* Order vehicle parts, workshop consumables and office supplies
* Handle warranty administration
* Produce reports and assist with month-end administration
* Update KPI information and fleet databases
* Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally
* Support the Fleet Engineering team with day-to-day administration
* Ensure all documentation complies with company and legislative requirements

Transport or Logistics Company with an in-house workshop
Fleet Administrator / Servic Administrator -Essential Skills
* Previous automotive or fleet administration experience
* Understanding of vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules
* Knowledge of fleet compliance documentation
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* Accurate data entry skills
* Good Microsoft Office knowledge
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workload in a busy workshop environment
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
