There’s never been a better time to join the team at Cycling UK. We have an ambitious strategy and we want you to be part of it. There are loads of reasons to love cycling, even if you’re not someone who cycles. From cutting pollution to improving health, wellbeing and social connection, cycling can help communities thrive.
As our Cycling Development Officer, you will support and develop community-centred cycling activities across South Yorkshire, working closely with charities, social enterprises, community groups and other local organisations. You'll build partnerships, provide guidance and support, and help create inclusive and sustainable opportunities that encourage more people to cycle, be active and travel sustainably. Through your work, you'll help address health, social and economic inequalities while enabling communities to benefit from the positive impact of cycling.
If you're passionate about engaging communities, building partnerships and delivering projects that make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
We are an inclusive organisation and would particularly welcome applications from candidates from a broad range of backgrounds. We strongly believe that diversity strengthens our work and are committed to creating a culture where everyone feels valued, respected and able to thrive.
