Pay & Benefits
Standard Rate: £13.49 per hour
Shift Premium: Additional 20% premium for hours worked outside core hours (08:00-16:30)
Overtime Rates:
Weekdays: £20.24 per hour
Saturdays & Sundays: £26.98 per hour
Working Hours
39 hours per week
Fixed Morning Shift
Monday to Thursday: 05:00 - 13:00
Friday: 05:00 - 12:00
No rotating shifts – enjoy a consistent schedule every week.
The Role
As a Forklift Truck Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and ensuring goods are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
Completing daily pre-use FLT safety checks
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving pallets, stock, and materials throughout the warehouse
Picking and packing customer orders
Supporting general warehouse operations
Following all health and safety procedures
Working closely with team leaders and supervisors to meet daily targets
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and care when handling products
Supporting manual handling activities and heavy lifting when required
What We're Looking For
✅ Valid Counterbalance/Reach Truck licences
✅ Previous FLT driving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
✅ Strong commitment to health and safety
✅ Good attention to detail
✅ Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude
✅ Flexibility to work overtime when required
