What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach and develop a passionate retail team.
* Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer loyalty.
* Recruit, onboard and develop talented team members.
* Manage stock, rotas, payroll and operational processes.
* Analyse performance and identify opportunities to maximise results.
* Ensure the store consistently reflects the brand's exciting, trend-led identity.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a commercially focused Account Manager who can combine strong leadership with a genuine passion for beauty and customer experience.
You'll ideally have:
* Proven experience managing a high-performing retail store or similar environment.
* Strong leadership and people-management skills.
* A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering against targets.
* Energy, enthusiasm and a natural ability to inspire others.
* A genuine interest in beauty, trends and the wider retail landscape.
* The flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.
Previous beauty, cosmetics, fashion or premium retail experience would be highly advantageous.
