An expanding and highly regarded construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey office. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work across a varied portfolio of projects including residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments. The consultancy is particularly keen to speak with a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor who enjoys managing projects from inception through to completion and building strong client relationships. The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will deliver both pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services across multiple projects.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing cost plans and budget estimates
Managing tendering and procurement processes
Contract administration and cost reporting
Attending client and site meetings
Monitoring project budgets and financial performance
Supporting senior surveyors on larger schemes
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The consultancy is seeking a professional and commercially aware Project Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience.

Requirements include:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Experience across a range of construction sectors
Excellent communication and organisational skills
MRICS or working towards chartership preferred
Full UK driving licence preferred
