Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Lead Nurse to join our expanding internal team. The Role
The successful candidate will provide senior clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and governance across our services. You will work closely with operational teams to support clinical performance, mentor nursing staff, and contribute to the strategic development of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Provide senior clinical leadership across the organisation.

Support, coach, and develop nursing teams.
*
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice.
*
Lead clinical audits, governance, and quality improvement initiatives.
*
Support safeguarding, risk management, and incident investigations.
*
Work collaboratively with operational managers and senior leadership.
*
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellent patient outcomes.
Essential Requirements
*
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.
*
Proven experience in a senior clinical leadership role.
*
Strong understanding of clinical governance and CQC standards.
*
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
*
Ability to influence, motivate, and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
*
Full UK driving licence (if travel is required).
