How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Empower independence. Shape futures. Grow your career.

Looking for an Occupational Therapy role where you can grow your clinical skills, work as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team and make a genuine difference every day?

Momenta Connect is an innovative, award-winning and growing practice. We’re looking for ambitious Occupational Therapists who want to develop their clinical expertise, feel supported by a friendly multi-disciplinary team and make a meaningful difference to children and young people.

You’ll have flexibility, development, protected admin time and wellbeing support, including a trial of 10% protected rest time every day.

·        Job Title: Occupational Therapist

·        Location: South West London

·        Salary: Up to £50,000 FTE, dependent on experience

·        Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working across 5 days (Monday to Friday)

·        Contract: Permanent, with 52-week, summer contract and part-time options available. The summer contract offers five weeks off during the summer break plus 22 days’ annual leave.

Momenta Connect is proud to be named Investors Market Entrant of the Year 2026.

What’s in it for you?

We know great clinicians change lives, so our offer is built around flexibility, development, clinical support, wellbeing and help with everyday costs.

·        £5,000 retention bonus, payable after 12 months’ service*

·        Regular clinical supervision, peer support and opportunities to develop specialist practice

·        £250 annual CPD allowance, dedicated CPD time and monthly internal learning sessions

·        25% protected administration time and a trial of 10% protected rest time each day

·        Travel support and relocation support of up to £3,000 for eligible colleagues*

Leave, wellbeing and lifestyle support

·        Flexible 52-week or summer contract options, with annual leave, bank holidays and years of service allowance

·        “Your Wellbeing Matters” programme, including mental health support, wellbeing resources and physical health checks

·        Family growth support, including enhanced maternity and paternity leave and paid fertility treatment support

·        Life Assurance, competitive pension, Critical Illness Cover, Cycle to Work, Electric Car Purchase Scheme and retail discounts

About the role

You’ll work mainly in school settings, with some clinic-based and remote opportunities where appropriate. As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll help unlock children and young people’s potential by assessing EHCP-related needs, delivering specialist interventions and supporting therapy goals to become part of everyday life.

In this role, you’ll:

·        Assess children and young people’s developmental and learning needs, including those linked to Education, Health and Care Plans.

·        Develop, deliver and review individualised occupational therapy intervention plans.

·        Work with parents, carers, teaching teams and multi-disciplinary colleagues to embed therapy goals into daily life.

·        Equip key adults with practical strategies, evaluate impact, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings.

It’s a varied role where you’ll balance assessment, intervention, consultation and collaboration, while making a visible difference to children, families and school teams every day.

What you’ll need

HCPC and RCOT registration

Undergraduate or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

It would be great if you also bring

·        Paediatric occupational therapy experience, ideally in school-based or specialist settings

·        Experience completing assessments for Education, Health and Care Plans

·        Experience supporting children and young people with SEMH, complex or developmental needs

·        Specialist CPD, trauma-informed practice or other relevant training

Ready to join us?

If you’re ready to build your career in a supportive, forward-thinking clinical team, we’d love to hear from you.
