How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    phone number removed); SEN Nanny/Manny for weekends in Chelsea SW3 and Canterbury CT4. A fantastic part-time opportunity for an energetic, engaging Weekend SEN Nanny/manny to support a sunny 7.5-year-old autistic boy. Up to £24.00 gross per hour depending on experience.
    • Nearest Station: Sloane Square / Gloucester Road / South Kensington / Canterbury Train Station
    • Salary/Wage: £22.00 to £24.00 gross per hour depending on experience
    • Driving Requirements: While on duty, use of automatic family car.
    • Essential: Professional experience supporting autistic children. Non-smoker/vaper. Physically fit and active. Confident swimmer. Confident driver, with a clean UK license.
    • Start Date: May 2026
    • Days & Hours: 3 consecutive weekends on duty, followed by one weekend off: Saturday and Sunday: 09.00am to 7.00pm.

    About the Client/Child Lucas, 7.5 years old, is an affectionate and energetic little boy who lives with his mum dad and older sister Sara, 11. Lucas is physically strong and active; he enjoys trampolining, swimming and visiting local parks. He also enjoys coffee shops, books, characters, audio stories and TV shows. Lucas is autistic and non-verbal, with developmental delay. He attends a specialist SEN school with full time 1:1 support. He receives both speech and language therapy (SALT) and occupational therapy (OT) as part of his education. To support his communication, Lucas uses an AAC device (Proloquo) on his iPad. He needs assistance modelling how to express his wants and needs. Lucas loves his food; he requires support to feed himself. He also requires prompting and support when using the bathroom. Lucas was very recently diagnosed with Epilepsy so is being supported with medication twice daily.
    The Role at a glance Lucas’s weekend SEN Nanny/Manny will support him in the activities he enjoys. Weekends are split between London and the family’s Kent home, including swimming lessons, trampoline parks and trips to local playgrounds. The role includes driving him to activities and providing attentive supervision throughout. At times, the SEN Nanny will have sole charge of Lucas, while at other times, the role will involve shared experiences, such as family outings to the park. Weekends are planned in advance, with three consecutive weekends on duty followed by one weekend off. Hours are 9:00am to 7:00pm, No duties are required between 7:00pm and 9:00am. The current SEN Nanny travels to Canterbury on Saturday mornings; the home is conveniently located a short distance from the train station, or parking is available. When working in Kent, the family provides comfortable overnight accommodation on a private floor with your own bedroom and bathroom.
