Legal Counsel - Tech
We're working with a true leader in research, development, and innovation, and we're are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team.
This global technology powerhouse invests heavily into R&D to make huge technological advancements in various sectors and is considered a top global employer.
For this role, you will be providing legal advice and supporting across a range of legal matters including IP, Compliance and Commercial. You will be part of the European team, providing solutions across the UK and sometimes wider Europe. You'll be responsible for contracts, reviewing and drafting, including NDAs, service agreements, and other agreements such as IP but also carrying out training where needed.
This is a full-time permanent position based on-site in Cambridge. We are also open to discussing working between the Cambridge and London office, however, this is a 100% on-site position, 3 days minimum in Cambridge.
Base salary will be between £60,000-£90,000 + bonus, depending on experience level.
For this Legal Counsel position, I'm interested in speaking to people with the following:
- Qualified Solicitor in UK
- Between 0-2 years PQE but also open to more experience
- Industry experience as an inhouse counsel or from a law firm
- Experience from tech or a highly regulated industry is a bonus
