    Performance & Patient Tracking Coordinator – Cambridge

    £30,000–£35,000 | 3‑month FTC | On‑site 4 days per week | Start in ~2 weeks

    We are supporting a major programme aimed at elective recovery and reducing waiting lists, and we’re looking for a highly organised individual to help drive operational performance across the service.

    About the Role

    In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely patient tracking and supporting performance improvement across multiple departments. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing and updating patient tracking lists (PTLs)
    • Working closely with operational teams to gather accurate information and resolve data issues
    • Liaising with managers across the service to support performance reporting
    • Collaborating with departments to ensure smooth information flow and effective decision‑making
    • Producing clear, accurate reporting for the senior lead on site

    What We’re Looking For

    • NHS experience is essential, ideally with exposure to patient information, RTT processes, PTLs, or operational performance
    • Confident stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable speaking with colleagues at all levels
    • Strong Excel ability (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing, analysis)
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
    • Able to work on‑site in Cambridge, 4 days per week

    Contract Details

    • 3‑month fixed‑term contract (potential to extend, but not guaranteed)
    • Start date: Ideally within 2 weeks
    • Salary: Circa £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience
