The Client:
An innovative PE backed fintech on an impressive growth trajectory are looking for an 8-15 PQE corporate lawyer to join their legal team. You will be responsible for a range of legal matters across the business including advising at the board level.
Working autonomously, you will advise on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters that are critical to the business's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate and commercial law advisory support on a wide range of matters to the Company and all internal stakeholders including at senior/Board level.
- Provide support on strategic corporate matters, including potential M&A activity, governance, shareholder matters and ongoing corporate legal support
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements, tech, outsourcing vendor contracts, and customer terms and conditions.
- Provide general advice on ad-hoc legal matters as they arise
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be an 8-15 PQE Corporate lawyer, preferably with experience from a leading law firm, technology, media or financial services/regulated environment.
- Applications from candidates from a private equity background would be welcome
- Excellent contract negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
