The Role
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, accurately, and to the highest quality.
Key responsibilities include:
·Repairing damaged vehicle panels using industry-approved repair techniques.
·Removing and replacing damaged panels and structural components where required.
·Carrying out panel alignment and reshaping to manufacturer specifications.
·Using specialist body repair equipment and tools safely and effectively.
·Working closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
·Maintaining high standards of workmanship while meeting agreed repair times.
·Ensuring all repairs comply with manufacturer and health and safety standards.
·Keeping work areas clean, organised and operating safely at all times.
About You
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in accident repair.
You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician.
·Experience working within a Bodyshop, accident repair centre or commercial vehicle environment.
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques.
·The ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
·A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
·A full UK driving licence.
