The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Run your section confidently and maintain exceptional culinary standards
- Work closely with an experienced senior kitchen team
- Prepare and present authentic French fine dining dishes
- Support junior chefs and contribute to a high-performing brigade
- Maintain excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation standards

- Previous experience within a fine dining kitchen is essential
- Experience in French cuisine or a genuine passion for authentic French cooking
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
