Our client, a small construction contractor, is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team on a part time basis. This is a fully office-based position offering a varied workload and the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy depot.

Responsibilities
Manage company documentation, including contractual records and correspondence
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders, Plant Orders, and Subcontract Orders to suppliers
Maintain accurate document control systems, filing, and record management
Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, responding directly or directing them to the appropriate team member
Collate delivery notes and invoices, ensuring all information is accurately entered onto the system
Raise work order requests and process amendments to existing jobs as required
Skills, experience and qualifications
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident communicating and building relationships with people at all levels
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and professionalism
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
