Our client has launched an exciting new dealership in West Mersea, Essex and we're looking for a skilled technician to become one of the first members of their growing team.

This isn't just another workshop job. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of a new business, work on an impressive range of vehicles, and grow your career as the dealership expands.

Every day brings something different. You'll be servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles, including:

Volkswagen
Audi
BMW
Mercedes-Benz
Tesla
Plus many more makes and models

Whether it's routine servicing, complex diagnostics or mechanical repairs, you'll take pride in delivering work to the highest standard.

We're searching for someone who is:

An experienced Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
Confident using modern diagnostic equipment
Skilled in fault finding, servicing and mechanical repairs
Comfortable working across a variety of vehicle manufacturers
Tech-savvy and confident using apps, workshop software and video calls
Friendly, professional and able to communicate clearly with customers
A team player who enjoys working in a small, supportive environment

You'll be joining a team of just two technicians, giving you the chance to make a real impact while enjoying a close-knit, supportive working environment.
