Description
Manage and update sales records and databases accurately.
Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Assist with scheduling and organising meetings and appointments.
Maintain and manage office supplies and resources for the sales department.
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.Profile
A successful Sales Administrator (Temp) should have:
Previous experience in an administrative or support role in a similar setting.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.Job Offer
Hourly pay of £15.00 per hour , dependent on the level of experience.
