Key Responsibilities
Drive the Indirect Procurement team's strategy to deliver substantial savings and operational improvements.
Oversee agile sourcing processes, negotiate favourable terms, and implement strong supplier performance metrics.
Build productive relationships across IT, marketing, legal, facilities, and finance to align procurement with wider business goals.
Coach junior team members and collaborate with the Head of Procurement to refine the target operating model.
Leverage market insights to mitigate risks and identify new opportunities in high-spend categories.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, or similar) and CIPS/MCIPS qualified.
Experience: Proven track record in indirect category management—with a focus on IT spend optimisation
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and people management abilities.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, strategic, and capable of turning procurement best practices into flawless execution
