How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive and highly organised Executive / Personal Assistant to support a young entrepreneur and Founder of one of the industry's most exciting emerging demi-fine jewellery brands, whilst also assisting with private administration too.

Supporting the Founder directly, you will become his trusted right-hand, helping to manage his busy day-to-day schedule, coordinate projects across multiple businesses and ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and solutions-focused, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. If you're excited by the idea of building your career within a dynamic, founder-led business and making a real impact from the outset, we'd love to hear from you.

Working hours are generally 11:00am–7:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a lot of flexibility required. This is a fully office-based position in Regent's Park.

    DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

    • Managing a busy and ever-changing diary across multiple businesses and commitments.

    • Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.

    • Monitoring emails and correspondence, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.

    • Assisting with personal administration, including banking, legal documentation, appointments

    and confidential matters.

    • Providing administrative support to the Founder's private investment office.

    • Acting as a key point of contact between the Founder and internal and external stakeholders.

    • Coordinating projects across the business, ensuring actions are followed through and

    deadlines are met.

    • Supporting retail activations, launches, events and wider business initiatives as required.

    • Conducting research and preparing presentations, reports and business documentation.

    • Helping to build and improve administrative systems and processes as the business continues

    to grow.

    • Updating social media and collating information for any website updates.

    • Supporting future ventures and new business opportunities as they arise.

    ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

    • Previous experience within a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar

    administrative role.

    • Experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur or small business would be advantageous.

    • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

    • A proactive mindset with the confidence to use initiative and take ownership.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where priorities can

    change quickly.

    • Professional, personable and able to handle confidential information with complete discretion.

    • Positive, enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop.

    • Strong IT and AI skills.
