The Role
The successful candidate will support the Quality Department with administrative tasks related to test certification, stock control, documentation, and quality systems. Accuracy, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Booking goods into the stock control computer system
Recording goods on the test certification system
Allocating and confirming picked goods within the stock system
Producing outgoing test certificates
Supporting stock balancing activities, including stock input forms and periodic stock checks
Preparing and submitting project documentation
Preparing documentation for third-party inspections
Maintaining equipment calibration records
Logging, investigating, and assisting with the resolution of customer complaints
Supporting the Quality Department in maintaining documentation and records in line with company procedures

Essential Requirements
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles
Strong organisational and communication skills
Desirable (but not essential)
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems
Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
