Your duties will be to oversee the maintenance, management, and operational efficiency of the facilities including fleet admin tasks and utilities coordination.
Location: Tamworth, B79 7UL
Salary: Up to £29k
Hours: Monday-Friday : 8:30am – 4:30pm
Responsibilities
* Manage daily facility operations, including overseeing maintenance schedules and ensuring timely repairs of mechanical and electrical systems
* Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams and contractors to execute projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards
* Responsible for Fleet post and emails
* Contacting waste suppliers / point of contact for suppliers and drivers
Qualifications
* Proven management experience in facilities or maintenance supervision with strong leadership skills
* Solid project management abilities with a track record of successfully completing facility-related initiatives
* Experience supervising teams or contractors in a fast-paced environment
