Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)

Location: Romford

Salary: Up to £36,000 + Package

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering a programme of internal and external planned maintenance works to occupied social housing properties across Romford.

The Role

As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key point of contact between residents, the client and site teams, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents.
Carrying out pre-start visits and resident consultations.
Carry out pre-condition surveys.
Keeping residents informed of planned works, timescales and any programme changes.
Managing resident queries and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally.
Coordinating access arrangements with tenants and site teams.
Conducting resident satisfaction surveys and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting the successful delivery of planned maintenance projects while minimising disruption to residents.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within the Social Housing or Planned Maintenance sector.
Experience working on both internal and external refurbishment programmes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and administration abilities.
A proactive, approachable and professional attitude.
Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
