Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational setting (desirable but not essential).
Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Is confident supporting classroom management and encouraging positive behaviour.
Can adapt quickly to different schools, classes and year groups.
Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
