Pricing Analyst, Hatfield (Hybrid Working) | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We're partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a Pricing Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Hatfield, with a hybrid working arrangement. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career analyst with strong analytical skills to develop expertise in pricing, commercial strategy and data analysis across international markets.

The Opportunity
Working within a collaborative regional team, you'll support pricing strategy and commercial decision-making across multiple EMEA markets. You'll analyse complex data, develop pricing models, and provide valuable insights that influence business performance throughout the product lifecycle.
This role offers fantastic exposure to pricing strategy, commercial finance and cross-functional stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced international business.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of regional pricing strategies.
* Analyse pricing trends and provide insights to support commercial decision-making.
* Monitor pricing activity across international markets and assess commercial impacts.
* Assist with pricing for new product launches and ongoing product lifecycle planning.
* Develop and maintain pricing models, dashboards and analytical tools.
* Produce reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
* Support a variety of commercial, pricing and finance projects across the region.

About You
You'll be analytical, commercially minded and eager to develop your career in pricing and commercial analysis.

Ideally, you'll have:
* A degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Health Economics or another quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Advanced Excel skills, with experience or an interest in data modelling.
* Exposure to tools such as Power BI, R or SAP would be advantageous but isn't essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly.
* An interest in pricing, commercial strategy, finance or business analytics.
