Post Completion Administration Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to join the busy Conveyancing team of a well-established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across all aspects of post-completion work, ensuring matters are processed accurately, efficiently and within the required timescales.
Location: Rotherham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Arrangement: Office Based
The role will involve:
* Submitting and monitoring Land Registry applications
* Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
* Processing registrations following purchases and transfers
* Serving notices on management companies, freeholders and other relevant third parties
* Updating clients and lenders following registration
* Checking and maintaining post-completion records
* Liaising with fee earners and conveyancing assistants regarding outstanding matters
* Closing and archiving completed files
* Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team
* Ensuring post-completion matters are dealt with accurately and within required timescales
The ideal candidate will:
* Have strong administrative experience and excellent attention to detail
* Be highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be confident working to deadlines and prioritising competing tasks
* Be committed to providing a high-quality service to clients
* Previous conveyancing or post-completion experience would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate
