Sales Development Representative
Location: Sutton
Salary: £28k

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing commercial team within a leading B2B media and events organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Research and identify new companies and key contacts.
Qualify leads and business opportunities.
Arrange meetings and introductions for Business Development Managers.
Support lead generation campaigns and sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect data.
Provide market intelligence and customer insights.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.
Assist with sales administration and customer service activities when required.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
Confident speaking with new contacts over the phone and online.
Good organisation and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
