What You'll Do:
Provide top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Assist with booking processes, managing reservations, and resolving any customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service and satisfaction.
Keep accurate records and documentation to help us improve our services. What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or administration is a plus, but not essential
