The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
We are working in partnership with Toyota Manufacturing UK to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with employee relations experience to join a global manufacturing organisation where HR plays a key role in both operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.
* Support absence management and workforce availability.
* Work closely with managers, union representatives and occupational health teams.
* Coach and support line managers on employee-related issues.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* Previous HR or Employee Relations experience.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Degree educated (2:1 preferred).
* CIPD qualification beneficial but not essential.
Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days WFH per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:18
