Your responsibilities as Site Supervisor
Carry out pre-start inspections to ensure sites are ready for installation.
Complete quality inspections during projects and final roof signoffs.
Coordinate labour and roofing teams across multiple live contracts.
Deliver toolbox talks and maintain high health and safety standards.
Monitor material requirements and work closely with the buying team.
Attend site meetings, manage programmes and report any design or specification changes.
What we're looking for in a Site Supervisor
Previous experience supervising construction or roofing projects.
Strong knowledge of pitched roofing systems.
Good understanding of current health and safety legislation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate site programmes.
Full UK driving licence and based within reasonable commuting distance of North Devon.
