This countryside bistro is cooking to a great standard with local, fresh ingredients, and to a level on par with 1 AA rosette. With a competitive salary of circa £35,000 plus great tronc/tips (circa £6,000 per year), this is an opportunity not to be missed. This is an hourly paid position so you will be paid for every hour you work.

Proven experience as a Junior Sous/ Sous Chef
Demonstrated management skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Ability to thrive during busy weekend trade
Experience in mentoring and developing junior colleagues
A UK driving license with access to a vehicle due to location Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications
