London (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)

You'll be joining an established organisation to provide dedicated support to 3-4 senior executives, managing their diaries, travel and expenses. It's a role for someone who enjoys the challenge of juggling several busy schedules at once, and who wants to settle into a role and build it into a long-term home.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex, frequently changing diaries for 3-4 senior executives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate travel arrangements, which vary in volume across the team you support
Handle expenses and general administrative support for the executives you work with
Proactively communicate any scheduling conflicts or changes, keeping stakeholders well informedWhat You'll Bring

Proven experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously, including diary management, travel and expenses
A stable career history, with a track record of building long-term, trusted relationships in your roles
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
A calm, proactive communicator, comfortable working in a professional, fast-moving environment

Temp to Perm: This role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis and is intended as a genuine route into a permanent position, not an ongoing contract. For an estimated first six months, you'll be engaged as a day rate contractor working Inside IR35, at £329.73 per day, paid to your umbrella company. Assuming things are going well, you'll then transition to a permanent employee, moving onto an annual salary with full company benefits. The role is best suited to candidates who are looking to settle into a stable, long-term permanent role rather than those seeking ongoing contract work.
