The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

About the Role
We are a specialist contractor delivering fire door and timber window installation projects across Greater London. As our London workload continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Operations & Compliance Coordinator to manage the day-to-day running of our London office.
This is a key coordination role within a fast-paced construction environment. You will act as the central point for defects management, survey scheduling, documentation control, compliance tracking and client liaison.
The successful candidate will ensure field teams are effectively organised, compliance standards are maintained and project administration is accurate and structured.
Key Responsibilities
Remedial & NCR Coordination
Record, track and manage defects and remedial works.
Coordinate remedial engineers and survey teams.
Maintain engineer diaries using Microsoft Outlook.
Investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Compare surveys against works orders and site evidence.
Update and manage documentation via Fieldwire.
Liaise with clients to arrange return visits and close-out actions.
Support QS team with variation information where required.
Monitor recurring quality or installation trends.
Survey & Site Coordination
Organise door and window surveys across Greater London.
Schedule surveyors and site engineers efficiently.
Plan works geographically to optimise travel.
Ensure engineers have required materials, documentation and access details.
Coordinate deliveries of doors and windows.
Track completion progress and ensure sign-off documentation is obtained.
Compliance & Documentation
Support completion of PQQ submissions.
Compile and organise O&M manuals.
Maintain accurate document control systems.
Ensure Fieldwire records are up to date.
Monitor compliance documentation (CSCS, RAMS, training records).
Assist in preparing structured monthly reporting on defects and performance trends.
Office & Operational Administration
Manage London office petty cash and reconciliation.
Assist with timesheet collection and verification.
Book travel and accommodation where required.
Manage staff parking permits.
Support vehicle and fleet compliance tracking (MOTs, servicing reminders).
Monitor stock of small materials and consumables.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison
Act as a key point of contact for London-based clients.
Liaise with project managers and site managers.
Support resolution of operational issues.
Ensure clear communication between site teams and management.
Experience Required
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction coordination, FM or similar operational role.
Experience managing engineers or trade teams.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience using Fieldwire or similar site management software.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
Experience within fire doors, timber windows or social housing.
