The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
* Sample booking in and collection for routine analysis.
* To help routinely test raw materials, finished Products, Stability Samples and Investigational Samples using microbiological techniques (PET, TAMC/TYMC).
* Purified Water testing and Growth promotion test for media using in-house procedures.
* To test as per assigned target dates and report results to GMP standards as per company SOPs and guidelines.
* Preparation of reagents used for analysis.
* Daily calibration, maintenance and handling of instruments including balances, pH meter and conductivity meter
* Maintain laboratories to a high GMP / Visually organized and professional standard by assisting in general housekeeping of test areas.
* Communicate any issues / concerns or questions related to quality, results or any laboratory data to the laboratory manager.
* Stability Chamber maintenance
* Any other duties as and when required.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Relevant degree in a scientific discipline
* Minimum 1-2 years’ experience of working in a pharmaceutical Quality department.
* An understanding of GMP
* Excellent time management and organization skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working in a laboratory environment is desirable
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
