Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation, who are recruiting for an Domestic Violence Administrator to work within one of their refuges.
Two days a week will be required in their offices in Ossett, West Yorkshire, with the other day from home
Responsibilities of the Domestic Violence Administrator:
Building strong relationships with individuals and families affected by domestic violence
Assisting IDVA's with caseload administration
Completing funding forms
Conducting refuge searches
Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Maintaining confidential client records and databases
Filing documents securely and in line with GDPR and safeguarding policies
Preparing letters, reports, meeting minutes, and referrals
Updating case management systemsEssential Criteria of the Domestic Violence Administrator:
Enhanced DBS
Experience working with those fleeing domestic abuse
Strong administration skills
