CNC Turner / Miller
Location: Nelson, Lancashire
Salary: £1600 – £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm
We are currently seeking skilled CNC Turners or Millers to join our growing team based in Nelson. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit, supportive working environment within a well-established CNC engineering company.
Our business operates across a range of exciting sectors including Aerospace, Energy Generation, Automotive, and other high-precision engineering industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting and operating CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines
* Producing high-quality precision components to engineering drawings
* Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
* Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
* Ability to set and operate CNC machines independently
* Must be time-served (apprenticeship or equivalent experience)
* Experience with Fanuc controls is preferred
* Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
