Process & Warehouse Operator

We are currently recruiting for a Process & Warehouse Operator to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution operation based in East Kilbride.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations, process support, stock control, and systems work within a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will support daily operational activities while ensuring high standards of safety, accuracy, and housekeeping are maintained throughout.

The Role

Operating forklifts and handling specialist materials safely

Supporting filling, transfer, and discharge operations

Assisting with loading and unloading activities

Monitoring and recording process information using internal control systems

Completing stock movements and warehouse documentation accurately

Supporting production and dispatch schedules

Carrying out housekeeping and maintaining high site standards

Reporting maintenance issues and operational concerns

Supporting wider operational teams where required

What We're Looking For

We would welcome applications from candidates with experience in:

Warehousing and logistics

Bulk materials or liquid handling - Required

Manufacturing or process operations

Food production or FMCG environments

Chemical or industrial processing

Dispatch, goods in, or stock control

The following experience would be advantageous:

Forklift / Counterbalance licence

SCADA, HMI, or process control systems

Stock control and traceability

Process operations or transfer systems

Working within regulated or safety-focused environments
