My client is seeking a Production Technician to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, supporting the assembly and manufacture of specialist products to a high standard.
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of production and assembly duties, working from manufacturing instructions and supporting the wider production process. This role would suit someone with good attention to detail, a practical mindset, and experience within manufacturing or assembly environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out assembly and production tasks in line with company procedures
• Use hand tools, equipment, and machinery to support the manufacturing process
• Follow production instructions, drawings, and build documentation
• Support soldering and general assembly activities where required
• Carry out product inspection and quality checks throughout production
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Follow company health & safety procedures and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet deadlines and output targets
• Support additional manufacturing duties as required
The Candidate
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment preferred
Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Able to follow instructions and work from technical documentation
Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop within a technical environment
The Package
The salary offered for this position is £25,000 – £25,775 depending on experience
