This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied role combining front-of-house reception, facilities administration and customer service support.

Your New Role
Working as part of a busy and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing a professional front-of-house service whilst supporting a range of administrative and customer service functions.
Key responsibilities will include:

Meeting and greeting visitors, customers and contractors
Managing the reception area and maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Managing visitor sign-in procedures and meeting room bookings
Providing facilities administration support
Processing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
Supporting the customer service team during busy periods
Assisting with maintenance-related calls and service requests
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Providing general administrative support to the wider businessWhat You'll Need to Succeed

Previous experience within reception, administration or customer service
Confident and professional communication skills
Excellent customer service approach
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and flexible attitudeApplicants must be available to start work immediately and cannot be subject to a notice period due to the temporary nature of the assignment.
