Must haves
* At least one year of experience in a B2B or commercial sales role
* Cold calling experience
* Proven track record of outreach, pitching, and achieving KPIs
* Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset
* Proactive, organised, and relationship-driven approach
* Ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
* Willingness to attend meetings and industry events when required
Nice to haves
* Interest in or exposure to the consumer, D2C, or start-up sector
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
* Experience within insurance or financial services

* Collaborating closely with marketing, partnerships, and broking teams
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
* Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
