So, what will you be doing?
Confirming and managing hotel bookings while ensuring services remain within budget
Arranging transport, tours, attraction tickets and dining reservations
Negotiating supplier rates and making adjustments to ensure smooth tour delivery
Liaising with internal teams to communicate updates and requirements
Costing additional client requests and managing associated documentation
Preparing detailed itineraries and tour documents for guests and suppliers
Monitoring tour progress to ensure all elements run as planned
Resolving guest queries and supporting other departments when required
Proactively identifying and resolving potential service issues
