Female Support Worker – Make Everyday Matter
Location:Redhill, Surrey
Salary:£13.70 per hour (£26,715 per annum) plus benefits. Sleep-ins are compulsory in this role and paid at £50.00 per sleep.
Hours:37.5 hours guaranteed – stability you can count on

We welcome applications from people at all levels — whether you’re new to social care or have lots of experience. This is a physical, hands‑on role, and to succeed you’ll have:

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
The ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a 7-day availability
Previous experience in a care/support setting
The ability to work long shifts (12 hours +)
A valid manual UK driving licence
The legal right to live and work in the UK
The ability to work one "sleep-in" per week (at a rate of £50 per night on top of base salary)If you genuinely care about people, we can teach you the rest.
