ATA Recruitment is looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to join our Engineering Recruitment team in Leeds.
We’ve recruited within engineering and manufacturing since 1963 and have built a well-established presence across the sector, with long-standing market relationships, a strong candidate database, and a reputation that opens doors.

The market is competitive, so we’re looking for someone who understands how to create opportunities, build credibility with clients, and develop long-term business rather than relying on transactional recruitment.
The role:
Running a full 360 recruitment desk within the engineering market
Developing new client relationships alongside growing existing accounts
Building candidate networks across manufacturing and engineering
Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
Identifying market opportunities and developing your desk strategically over time
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A recruiter who’s commercially aware and comfortable developing business
Someone self-motivated who enjoys having ownership over their desk
Engineering recruitment experience is useful but not essential
