YOUR MISSION (SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT):
⚡ Be their champion-supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, building confidence and core skills.
⚡ Think on your feet-adapting lessons, resources, and approaches to fit each unique learner.
⚡ Turn behaviour into progress-using positive, tailored strategies that build self-esteem and engagement.
⚡ Collaborate like a pro-working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and families to track progress and shape EHCPs.
⚡ Embrace every challenge-from sensory sensitivities to speech delays, you'll meet each child where they are and take them further.
WHO YOU ARE:
✔️ Qualified or experienced-Level 3 TA or equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings.
✔️ SEN-savvy-you've supported children with additional needs and know how to adapt, connect, and inspire.
✔️ Calm under pressure-patient, flexible, and solution-focused when things get tricky.
✔️ DBS-ready-Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get one if required.
✔️ Reference-perfect-two professional references.
WHAT WE GIVE YOU:
💰 £92.56-£110 per day (holiday included)-with higher rates for extra experience or qualifications.
