The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Our client, a leading Financial Advisor is seeking a Paraplanner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to an exciting period within the business our client is looking for a Paraplanner with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join their team, working closely with and supporting Adviser’s to ensure high-quality, compliant advice is given.
Due to the location of the office candidates will be required to drive / have access to their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare high-quality suitability reports across investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning
* Conduct technical research based on client information
* Produce cashflow modelling and planning illustrations for clients
* Support Adviser’s with pre- and post-meeting preparations
* Ensure a high-level of communication is maintained with clients at all times
* Support Adviser’s with administrative tasks, ensuring a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Key Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paraplanner, supporting IFAs in a regulated environment
* Qualifications are advantageous although candidates who are not fully-qualified will be considered also
* Used to working both independently and as part of a team, working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
* Experience writing suitability reports
* Good understanding of the regulated advice process
